Panabo City, Davao del Norte awarded Panaboans with exemplary performance during the Monday convocation sponsored by the City General Services Office (CGSO) under the leadership of OIC GSO, Engr. Bernardo Rabanoz on August 16, 2016, 8 AM at the City Hall lobby.
An award was given to Civil Security Unit (CSU) Antonio Bersamen and Jonathan Deloso for the performance manifested in the maintenance of peace and order by apprehending Alias “Ping-Ping” from Barangay San Vicente in violation of RA 10591 otherwise known as illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions (1 unit .38 caliber firearm) at Brgy. New Pandan last August 10.
Secondly, a certificate of participation was awarded to Harvie Halipa, D.M.D for rendering services during the Welfare, Health, Agriculture, Peace and Order, Education, and Employment (WHAPEE) caravan.
Thirdly, the City Youth and Sports Development Office also awarded the certificate to Reggie Binigyan who bagged the championship in the 1st World United Karate Organization and Associated Discipline Philippines “All Style - National Karate Tournament “ under 120lbs category last August 7, 2016 at Robinson’s Place, Manila.
City Administrator, Atty. Jamail Lunar G. Macla representing Mayor James G. Gamao lauded the General Services Office for the satisfactory services done by their office.
